Assalamualaikum and hai !im so excited to do this post ! it's my first time posting RECIPE ! Aaaaa Aaaaaaaaaa *screaming* are you guys excited ?! Without wasting p/s : All the ingredients are the ingredient i found in my kitchen . Hiks 
1. You need tomato sauce ! and chilli sauce !
2. Cheese cream . You can also have mozzarella cheese . Or mushroom ! Omnomnom
3. Mayonnaise ! This is my first time bought Kewpie . It's from japan and it's damn cute ! and delicious of course
4. Planta . Planta Planta . Thats all
5. Spread the love on the bread . Planta , mayonnaise , chilli and tomato sauce .
As many as possible ! Put as much as you wish !
6. Chop some sausage and make it as the topping . Omnomnom
Other than that , you can also use chicken , meat etc etc
7. Sprinkle some onion ! Omaigad . This is delicious ! iloveeee onion ! Like ONION !! Lewls
*Add some mushroom or 'Lada benggala' Hahahaha .
8. The cream cheese of course ! And little bit of mayonnaise ! and cream cheese . CREAM CHEESE
*Please , do add mozzarella cheese ! Will be somuch better ! And yummier ! yum yum
Put it inside the oven . And TADAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
